Shipping & Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be processed the following day. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and in most cases shipped in 3-5 business days. Orders placed close to holidays may require longer shipping times.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In some instances, weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Once the order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.
CutiCouture is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. We are not obligated to replace items ordered it shipment is lost. The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment through USPS once a tracking number has been assigned. Insurance is available upon request through arrangements made prior to shipment of the order. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as flood, fire, strikes, war, terrorist acts etc., the seller will be released from the obligation of the above delivery estimation.
At CutiCouture, customer satisfaction is very important. All sales are final, however, you may return new, unused items within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If you need to return an item, use the "contact us" page to send us an email. Please include your order number, reason for return and the tracking number in the email. Always use a tracking number when returning an item. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. This can take up to 3-5 days after receipt of returned item.
